Welcome to my commission page! I create custom art, emotes, and PNGtuber models. Please read the rules below before commissioning.

BASIC RULES

Refund Policy: Full refund available if no progress after 1 week or incomplete after 2 months. For more complex work, custom conditions must be agreed beforehand.

Deadlines: Please don't request them. Completion can range from 3 days to several months depending on queue, complexity, or life factors. WIPs available upon request.

Revisions: Up to 3 revisions during sketch/base color stage. Major edits or late revisions cost $15–$35. No changes once finished.

Condensed TOS

NOTICE: This is a simplified overview. Full TOS applies.

  • Pay upfront for orders under $25 CAD.
  • Product is delivered digitally. Loss after delivery is not my responsibility.
  • Three full revisions allowed during sketching. Minor edits allowed after completion.
  • All prices/payments in CAD.
  • Refunds granted if no progress is shown after 1 week.
  • Customer must stay responsive.
  • Products not for commercial use unless agreed upon with fees.
  • No use in NFTs, crypto, or AI datasets.
  • I reserve the right to cancel or refund any commission.

Full Terms of Service (Last Updated: 2024-08-21)

This contract applies to Stella Hikari ("Seller") and the person or institution ordering a work of art ("Customer").

Payments

  • Orders ≤ $25 must be paid in full upfront.
  • Orders > $25 require 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval.
  • No work begins until payment is received.

Product Delivery

  • Digital delivery via email. Other methods require agreement and may include extra costs.
  • Seller not responsible for loss of access, spam filtering, or user-side storage issues.

Revisions

  • 3 full revisions allowed during sketch phase.
  • Reasonable post-completion edits allowed (e.g., eyecolor). Major edits require payment.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds granted if no progress after 2 months or unfinished after 4 months.
  • Customer must respond promptly to feedback and updates.

Usage & Restrictions

  • Personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
  • No NFT/crypto/AI use of artwork.
  • Posting art is allowed with credit. Personal merch OK (not for sale).

Cancellations

  • Seller may cancel at any time with refund.
  • Disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation without future service eligibility.
